The three minors are charged with robbery, gang formation and theft – Investigations continue for their involvement in other criminal acts
They were arrested yesterday morning in Serres by police officers of the Public Security Office of the Sub-Directorate for Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes Serron three juveniles, for robbery, gang formation and theft.
In particular, the three minors were located by police officers of the DIAS Team. of the Serres Police Department, to move in a vehicle, which, as it turned out, had been taken in the early hours of the morning from the area of Thessaloniki.
From the further investigation it emerged that earlier on the same day, using the stolen vehicle, they approached a woman in an area of Thessaloniki and, using violence, throwing her to the ground, took away a bag containing 35 euros in cash and various personal documents and items. During their escape in the vehicle, they wounded her in the leg.
Also, inside the stolen vehicle was found the bag that had been taken, without the amount of money and it was given to the victim.
As reported by thestival.gr, last month, the three minors removed another vehicle from the area of Thessaloniki and two vehicles from the city of Serres. The stolen vehicles were found abandoned in areas of Thessaloniki and Serres and were returned to their rightful owners.
Police investigations are continuing for their possible participation in other similar criminal acts.
Those arrested with the case filed against them were taken to the Public Prosecutor of Serres who referred them to the Investigator.
