Criminal prosecution of two felonies and six offenses were brought against the two alleged Albanian descent of the murderous ambush, who had set up their three nationals in Thracomakedones on December 15, 2024.

Specifically accused of:

  • Homicide in a calm mental state of conformity accomplished and in attempted
  • distinguished illegal possession of war rifles with the aim of disposing of third parties by co -conspiracy
  • illegal possession of arms
  • unlawful possession of possession and possession of continuously
  • co -conspiracy
  • gang
  • supply of drugs

The defendants were taken to the investigator, from whom they received a deadline to apologize on Thursday.

According to the indictment, on December 15, 2024, the two defendants had opened fire against their nationals as the square and playground in the area were full of people.

A 47 -year -old Greek, originally from Albania, was killed by the fire, a 44 -year -old man was seriously injured, who continues to be in serious condition, and the third person was slightly injured as he fled when he saw the car approaching.

The two perpetrators, who went to the Thracomakedones in a stolen car, allegedly watched their victims in which they had set up a cartridge.

Police refer to clearing accounts between gangs for criminal activities and in particular for drug trafficking in Albania.
