It is not today that the Pork House is recognized as one of the best restaurants in São Paulo and the world. The house’s delivery deserves no less attention, despite bringing few options.

Two sandwiches were requested. One takes Ciabata bread, made at the house, stuffed with roasted pig for eight hours, guacamole, onion pickles, tucupi mayonnaise and tomato (R $ 41). It was the favorite. It looks like a simple snack, but the taste is nothing basic. All ingredients combine mainly the shredded pork, which has some peak. It could have more lettuce to increase the crispness.
The second request had brioche bread of the house, breaded pork, capacity of lemon with accidity to the right measure, as well as lettuce and tomato (R $ 45). Softer and bittersweet touch, it’s worth it.

To accompany the meal, the choice was the shredded pork nuggets (R $ 18), served with a home -tone and apple ketchup. In the mouth, the sauce mixes spices that refer to the taste of cloves and cinnamon.
