In a six -year imprisonment with a suspensive effect on the appeal for the execution of the sentence, the Independent Minority MP was convicted by the One -Member Court of Appeals Court of Appeals.
According to the indictment, Mr. Burhan Baran – psychiatrist in the profession – is accused of prescribing drugs containing drugs in 2014, while knowing that there was no specific medical indication and that these drugs would be used for preparation.
It should be noted that a Member of Parliament in 2024 was put out of PASOK by the decision of Nikos Androulakis and was referred to the House, which decided to remove his immunity to be tried.
