An incredible case will revive the April 7th of the Court of Appeal in Rhodes, accused of a 79 -year -old man who, at first instance, was considered unanimously guilty of seduction of a minor who did not take 12 years.

The old man sits in the dock, as he raped the 8 -year -old daughter of the doctor who treated him after a car accident in 2016.

According to dimokratiki.gr, the elderly man was sentenced to an 8 -year prison sentence, which he has already served.

The timing of the case

The defendant had suffered physical injury from a car accident for which he received the medical care of the physician at the Health Center and the father of the minor. She allegedly had met the minor at the Health Center for the first time and there she sought to approach her, make her a joke and give her a kiss, but the minor responding.

The defendant is reportedly further in September 2016 to go to the Health Center to change his patrons and saw the minor, which is accused of led to a place behind the medical center and to be aware of her.

The child even allegedly ran and followed her and stopped when she heard her mother shout at her.

The child told her father what had happened and then the defendant allegedly began to cry by denying her.

The physician examined the child and found that he had signs of his body that was seduced by seduction, and as a result the police were called upon and arrest him.

The apologetic denied what he was attributed to, claiming to be a child of a child’s spoiled fantasy in his attempt to escape control of his mother and then, a justified but excessive reaction of her father.

It claims that the minor argued that during the unfair act there was a third person (an eyewitness) who saw the incident and even transferred it to her father, which was denied, after being on the controversial day in Turkey.

He also argues that the way he describes his arrest is denied by the police deposits themselves, noting that he had voluntarily stayed at the Health Center and voluntarily entered the patrol without the police committing him.

He further claims that parents have grown up the situation, while arguing that the father -physician’s findings are in stark contrast to the findings of the forensic investigation.
He stresses that he is a victim of a terribly unlucky and unpleasant juncture and imagination of a child without committing any of the actions attributed to him.
