Free entry to buses, offers from Uber and Bolt and separation of services in relation to rented vehicles, basic requests
Twenty -four -hour strike announced on Wednesday 19 February 2025 the Attica Taxi Syndicate (SATA).
In his announcement, SATA asks:
-Free entry of the EDF Taxi to special traffic lanes (buses)
-To resolve the problem of projecting project by companies with driver cars
-To stop the illegal discounts – offers of Uber and Bolt that deliberately illuminate (do not adhere to the legal fare defined by the state) and intensify unfair competition
-Implement the amendment that prohibits the collection of the fare by each mediating company (Law 4607/2019 Article 75)
-Implementation of the digital platform for EIH contracts and creation of a guide rented registry. Increase the minimum contract price of EIX by 33%
-Current and without gray zones separation of the services provided by the taxi and the driver’s rented car. Urban transport only do taxis. By taxi the passenger makes a civil transport. With EIX he buys time to move. Transfer from one point A to one point B is a project that belongs to the taxi
-Abolition of the new tax law in question and immediate application of a tax -free threshold of EUR 12,000
-Anexing the mandatory of the sorting of new taxi cars only zero pollutants from 2026. Our proposal is to shift this obligation for 2035
-Free Classification of Polytechnic EDHS Taxi & used 5 years.
“The SATA Bureau is seeking to support the Pan -Hellenic Federation in this fair fight. We urge the POIATA and all taxi clubs in the country to participate with any action in the strike of February 19, ”the SATA announcement concludes.
