The reopening of the Matrix of Bráz Elettrica, in Pinheiros, and new desserts of the Badalada Light Confectionery are among the gastronomic news of the week in São Paulo. In addition, Alfred Hitchcock’s Hitch Bar, inspired by the world of Alfred Hitchcock, has changed address, and restaurants have new menus. See below.

Braz Electrical

The informal pizzeria headquarters of Bráz, in Pinheiros, is reopened with lounge and renewed menu. Between the Neapolitan rounds, elaborated with American consultant Anthony Falco, Ragu (R $ 59) takes Italian tomato sauce, meat ragu, nudja sausage, catupiry and tuha cheese. There are also news in the starters, desserts, wines and drinks. The house also receives music programming once a week.

Chou

The restaurant wins drinks card signed by Bartender Chula Barmaid with BARMAN CÉSAR HENRIQUE. The pizzeria promotes, on the 20th, another edition of its confraria focused only on women, Gatto for them.
