As it became known to the Police, the five members of the gang, aged 35, 36, 41, 42 and 55, were identified by a DIAS team to board the gang’s “operational” car and called them in control.
Members of the gang attempted to escape, resisted and tried to prevent their commitment, but were stopped by police and were taken to the headquarters of the Northeast Attica Crimes.
Inside the vehicle, which they had leased to a rental company to use it in their criminal activity, found a safe and jewelry, which had been removed from a woman’s house a while ago.
As noted by ELAS, from the pre -trial investigation so far, two cases of theft have been solved in Agia Paraskevi and Athens, while examining the range of their criminal activity is ongoing.
