An extradition to the Chairman of the Pre -Trial Committee, Panagis Kappato, was sent by the President of the Tempe 2023 Association Maria Karystianou, on the occasion of former Deputy Minister Christos Triantopoulos to be referred directly to the Judicial Council.

In particular, Mr Triantopoulos’s letter is characterized as’act of supreme cowardice“, Judging that if the Commission is closed by fast track procedures, it will be a” abolition of the Constitution “that will cause” absolute nullity “of the procedures.

The extrajudicial also states that any omission of a preliminary investigation by the pre -trial investigation results in criminal liability for its members for the offense of abuse of power.

In detail the extradition:

I. 1.1. This urgent extrajudicial statement, our protest & invitation is sent to the current announcement of Mr Triantopoulos, who, with the acceptance and/or guidance of the Prime Minister and other members of the government who hastened to welcome him, His case is examined directly by the Supreme Council of the Supreme Court, while at the same time stating a priori that he is innocent!

1.2. Mr. Triantopoulos, then:
(a) calls for the preliminary investigation committee not to perform its duty for preliminary, that is, not to collect the lawful evidence and not to examine witnesses;
(b) At the same time he insists on his innocence, and therefore there is not even the evidence of his confession, which is freely appreciated;
(c) However, despite the above he calls for a criminal prosecution by the pre -trial committee in order to be referred and examined by the Supreme Court, whose leadership has been appointed by the government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis, of which he is a Member of Parliament and until recently.

1.3. But as you know very well:

1st]The task of the pre -trial committee is the gathering of the necessary evidence to determine whether or not the criminal act referred to in lawsuit, criticism, and in this case in the case of PASOK’s pre -trial and elaborately formulated proposal.

2nd]Therefore, the pre -trial committee is responsible for the duties and powers of the quasi -prosecutor, with all the consequences and responsibilities.

3rd]Any failure to carry out a preliminary investigation by the pre -trial committee shall result in criminal responsibility for all its members, and in particular, among other things, for the offense of abuse of the authority referred to in Article 239 CC.

4th]does not mean in the rule of law, the suspect, namely, in this case, Mr Triantopoulos, to be able to choose or assign the preliminary investigation carried out against him, to a judicial authority of his choice and in his will.

Therefore, therefore, the declaration of the suspect, Mr Triantopoulos, to be referred directly to the Supreme Court of Justice, without preliminary investigation, if you are adopted by your Commission, constitutes a complete abolition of the Constitution and the Rule of Law, with the abolition of all your lawsuits and a catalyst to be achieved by

6N]The humble and deceitful motives that have pushed Mr Triantopoulos to this act of supreme cowardice, in order to bypass even this weakened pre -trial, to avoid the process of gathering evidence and summoning of witnesses that would even be brought to them. They have participated in the researchers on your part, so that their criminal liability would be sought as the law as the law.

7th]. And finally, the prosecution against Mr Triantopoulos without a preliminary investigation generates complete invalidity of the bypassing of his referral proceedings to the Supreme Decision Council, which is obliged to declare it on its own.
II. In the light of the foregoing and with the explicit reservation of all our rights to apply to the competent judicial and other competent domestic and European authorities, with the present:

1st]We strongly protest for the above approaches to all those responsible, without any separation, with which they once again prove to us that they treat us as deeply naive, underestimating our intelligence and undermining the basic principles of the Constitution and the rule of law, which they have turned into a state and the rule of law and the state.

2nd]We call you:
(a) As you all respond to your institutional role and keep your duty;
(b) As you are properly conducting a preliminary investigation, even on this truncated and “lame” proposal of PASOK, which formed the basis of your Commission;
(c) As you collect all the necessary evidence and prosecution for all offenses, which will be highlighted by the investigation, which you owe as you do in rem ∙
(d) As you abstain from acts that are elaborate, but scandalously obviously a deed of the cover of Christos Triantopoulos’ criminal responsibilities, and therefore all his participant who will be elected by the pre -trial procedure;

3rd]We reserve as we exercise by all lawful responsible for any of our law and claims, arising from the above causes.

With the explicit reservation of all our legal right, the competent bailiff is entitled to give this present to Mr Panagis Kappatos, in his capacity as chairman of the established pre -trial committee, resident in the House of Representatives.
