It is noted that then the applications submitted will be forwarded to the National Higher Education Authority (ETHAE), which is responsible for evaluating the conditions for the installation and operation of foreign annexes, as well as the certification of their curricula. At the same time, the envelopes will also be forwarded to the National Organization for Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPEPP), who will examine the building conditions of the Annexes. As noted by the Ministry of Education, the criteria to implement by ETHAE and EOPPEP “are strictly defined on the basis of the institutional framework” It is also clarified that the application is not licensed. The time of opening the annexes will depend on the time of completion of the processing of the dossiers by ETHAE and EOPEPP, as well as the degree of excellence of applications.
