Regarding the pistol found on him, when he was arrested in his house, he seems to apologize that he had it for protection, fearing for his life because he owed money from previous drug markets.
His allegations were not accepted by an investigator and prosecutor, who unanimously held that he should be detained.
How did he act
Approaching the pharmacies, sometimes on foot and sometimes with a two-wheeler, the 32-year-old alien, according to the case file, always acted after the afternoon, when the “goals” were not operating. After breaking the safety rolls, he broke the glass central door of the pharmacies with the use of objects and then “pierced” in, removing the cash register drawer.
