This opinion, ratified (binding) by the Decentralized Administration – Macedonia Thrace, is allegedly based on two parameters: on the one hand that the mayor allowed the illegal functioning of the amusement park although he knew – and he did not know – Municipality of Kassandra was informed of its illegal operation.

It should be noted that the accident in the amusement park had preceded the charges of criminal charges against four persons: to the owner of the amusement park and his wife, to the Crazy Dance and the engineer who had provided control certificates. The first was deemed a temporary prisoner after his apology last December, while the other three were released on restrictive terms. They are persecuted – depending on the case – for homicide with a possible deliberate, accomplished and in attempted, co -conspiracy and simple complicity in the specific acts
