Next Thursday (17) begins the Gastronomic Folha Folha Flavors da Praia, an initiative that brings together restaurants, bars, coffee shops and ice cream shops, on the north coast of São Paulo.
In the first edition organized by Sheet Next to the Ilhabela Convention and Bureau Visitors Tourism Association, each establishment prepares a special dish, available until May 18. There are menus options for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.

With 35 addresses, the selection of houses reflects the island’s diversity of kitchens, which, between April and August, is focused on cultural and gastronomic events. Festivals such as jazz, sardines and shrimp happen almost every month. With less appeal to the beaches, the night of the city is an attractive to visitors.
There are Italian -inspired restaurants, such as Portofino, located in Porto Pacuíba Hotel. The list also includes pizzerias. With slow ferment fermentation from Italy, Pizzarium offers arugula coverage with Caccio Horse cheese, Parma ham, spices and Parmesan (R $ 77 to individual).
Already the path of pizza bets on the round island of Cabras, which has thin pasta and is covered by cream cheese, caramelized onions, Brazil nuts, goat cheese and basil pesto (R $ 132 the large).
Pisces and seafronts are emerging in the dishes of the festival with rereading of the cooking of Latin America, Mediterranean and Japan. In Nyám Casual Eatery, of Peruvian chef Daniel Carhuaricra Quispe, the fishing of the day comes in the butter with rosemary and garlic, then being accompanied by aligot of cauliflower, grilled asparagus and berinch Marinade (R $ 75).
The island of Camarão, with a large lounge and family environment, operates four simultaneous kitchens: Caiçara cuisine, pizzeria, steakhouse and sushi bar. Taj Mahal, a special dish designed for the festival, takes shrimp in the sleeve accompanied by Moroccan couscous (R $ 249 for two people).
From Iberian cuisine, Portuga Brasil presents the octopus to Lagareiro (R $ 165). In the recipe, the mollusk is seasoned with lemon and spices before being taken to the grill. As a garrison, it has punched potatoes, caramelized onions, black olives and cucumber rism.
The dish chosen by the finally oysters gives a Japanese touch to the mollusks prepared in their pepper peppers, nori and lemon (R $ 40 the pair).
In addition to restaurants, they participate in the Festival Ice Creams and Cafes, which offer faster snacks and desserts. The virada, gelateria that has units in the state capital, sells ice cream without dyes and preservatives with balls from R $ 20.40.
Other options are Finnish ice cream, with flavors inspired by the Nordic country, such as Figo to brandy and nuts (R $ 17 a ball), and Fiore di Lazio, with its lemon -based gelato and gossip leaves (R $ 20 by 90 g).

In the selection of bars for snacking and drinking, is the Caiçara brewery, which offers handcrafted draft beer in 14 taps with pils, weiss and soups with fruit flavors, sold from $ 11 (300 ml). Pitanga is foot in the sand during the day and bar with live music at night. The chef -fashioned badech, fish on the island, is breaded and stuffed with shrimp cream and catupiry (R $ 99 the individual dish).
The festival also features hotel breakfast options, more hidden restaurants and marries Arabic food.
