Between April 25th and May 1st, São Paulo prepares diverse gastronomic news. Like Chef Paola Carosella’s Artura restaurant, which features a new afternoon menu option. While American multinational Krispy Kreme inaugurates the first branch in the city.

Arthurous

Chef Paola Carosella’s restaurant launched in March its matinee, with a menu designed to receive customers in the afternoon, from 15h to 18h30. In it, salted options are found, such as the puff pastry prepared with the ham of the house, Dijon mustard, curd and dill, for R $ 49. Among the sweets, highlighting the mousse of dark chocolate, which takes liqueur, orange confit and biscotti (Italian cookie) of fig and chocolate. To drink, there are coffees and teas (from $ 9) and Milkshake, made with home vanilla ice cream, handcrafted chocolate syrup, whipped cream and milk chocolate (R $ 42).

Cantaloup

Chef Valdir Oliveira reformulated the salty dishes that make up the menu. The vieiras ceviche with cashew and crispy quinoa to the cork pepper vinaigrette (R $ 173) is among the news. For those who prefer pasta, a good choice is brie cheese ravioli and fig sage sauce with nuts, for $ 128. There is also the classic filé Wellington, which comes with turmeric risotto, at the price of $ 221.

Krispy Kreme

The American multinational, famous for its donuts, inaugurates next Tuesday (29) its branch in São Paulo. On the menu, 12 flavors of donuts will be offered. Among them is the original Glazed, the company’s flagship, the dulce de leche and the sugar with cinnamon. The arrival of the brand to Brazil is the result of a partnership with the convenience stores of the Ipiranga posts, Ampm.

Light
