The details of the investigation allegedly show that the defendants’ group had developed its action at eight Attica Land Registry offices
Criminal prosecution of a felony and misdemeanor was announced by the prosecutor at the expense of nine arrested cadastral offices and private employees who, for a remuneration, undertook the expediency of citizens’ property affairs.
Six cadastral offices and three individuals and three individuals were brought before the prosecutor, while other persons, who are estimated at about 60, who have not yet been arrested, appears to be involved in the case.
The nine detainees from the Land Registry took a deadline to apologize on Friday morning.
According to the prosecution brought by the nine defendants to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, on a case -by -case basis, categories relating to:
- Gourage of employee by profession
- Immediate synergy in bribery, co-conspiracy and serial (concerns the 3 individuals- felony)
- Gang (misdemeanor)
The incompetent involved are charged with:
- Bribery of employee and non -conformal and non -conflict.
- Violation of Service Privacy (concerns a person – misdemeanor)
- Illegal possession of possession (concerns a person – misdemeanor)
