It was laid by the Organized Athletic Violence Division of the Organized Crime Management, a case of a fan of background, which occurred in the evening of April 12, 2025 in Nice Attica, with the participation of 6 people.

Specifically, early morning hours of the same day, 25 years old with other people, he attacked his 24 -year -old and his company outside a health shop, causing him injuries to his face.

In the afternoon of the same day, the 25 -year -old, after a pre -ordained appointment in Nice, possessed by a sharp object (Hadjara), ruptured with -5 -people who chased him and attacked him with punches and kicks, resulting in his injury.

A gas station employee disarmed the 25 -year -old, who even removed the employee’s mobile phone when leaving the spot. The sharp object was subsequently handed over to the police forces who rushed to the spot.

The investigation, after evaluating information and utilization of pre -trial data, identified the people who participated in the clash, which showed that it had a fan and a case file was formed against them.

What was found in investigations

In research conducted in the early hours of yesterday (15/05/2025) in homes, clothing was found and confiscated by the defendants on the day of the attack and stickers with fan content.

In addition, at the 31 -year -old accused house they were found and confiscated:

  • nylon packaging with hemp, 18 grams of gross weight,
  • Glass jar with hemp, 28 grams of net weighing,
  • Glass jar with improvised oil paste containing hemp in the form of a 3.5 grams of chocolate weighing and an additional amount of 0.1 grams cannabis.

The 31 -year -old was arrested and with the case file formed against him he will be led to the competent prosecutor.
