The French soul bakery reinforces the show’s showcase with eight news, created with consulting firm by Paola Beselli, a confectioner graduated in France. One of them is the gluten -free almond cake, covered with cherry mousse and yellow cherry over a sour cream mousse (R $ 31.80), the same mousus that covers the banoffee (R $ 23.80), prepared in the form of crispy base and stuffing banana caramel.
