Today, Monday 19 May 2025and after 12:00 will be announced by the Ministry of Education The results for the introduction to Standards Gymnasiums and High Schoolsin Public Onassis Schools (Gymnasium-Lyceums) and in Standards Ecclesiastical Schools (Gymnasium-Lyceum).

Of the 12,595 students who had submitted valid applications, 11,127 students competed for:

  • 1,827 seats in 34 Standard Gymnasiums and High Schools in 16 secondary addresses of the country,
  • 427 positions in the 13 Standards of Ecclesiastical Schools in 9 secondary addresses of the country, and finally,
  • 1166 positions for 12 public nationals in 6 secondary addresses of the country.

As is evident from detailed geographical elements, there was an increased interest in a position in a standard school and in the region.

In particular:

  • 394 students competed in the Region of Macedonia-Thrace for 391 seats
  • In the Attica Region, 6,512 students competed for 1,473 positions
  • In the Northern Aegean Region, 135 students competed for 67 posts
  • In the Region of Western Greece, 310 students competed for 94 posts
  • In the Region of Western Macedonia, 718 students competed for 315 posts
  • In the Epirus Region, 395 students competed for 172 seats
  • In the Region of Thessaly, 642 students competed for 188 posts
  • In the Region of Central Macedonia, 1,308 students competed for 358 posts
  • In the Region of Crete, 316 students competed for 72 seats
  • In the South Aegean Region 16 students competed for 50 posts
  • In the Peloponnese Region, 68 students competed for 89 seats
  • In the Region of Central Greece, 313 students competed for 151 posts

Candidates’ parents/guardians will be informed:

A. with SMS for the school success or school unit in which they will be runners
B. With entry to the application they submitted to the platform https://depps.eservices.minedu.gov.gr/ using the person’s taxisnet codes who submitted the application

In the event of a tie, students are classified in succession, in accordance with the random number given to them during the draw process on Friday, May 2, 2025.
