Criminal prosecution for moral incitement and complicity in infidelity with a natural perpetrator of the then Minister of Transport Costas Karamanlis was brought by the European Public Prosecutor’s Office on a case-by-case basis against 16 ERGOSE executives and the Tom-Alstom Transport consortium, who had undertaken to execute the contract 717.
