Already on Saturday (31), the city will have a fair that celebrates the junina cuisine. The event brings together small producers and renowned houses and takes place in Vila Clementino, in the southern region. See below for the gastronomic news of the week.

Bartender Chula Barmaid signs a new letter with wine -based cocktails, a bar star in Pinheiros. Among the creations are the midfielder one three (R $ 46), which combines white wine, bitter Angostura and bubbling of cambuci, and the interior of Argentina (R $ 47), which mixes red wine with aged rum, raspberry and citrus touch.

Vóo Alzira Cake Factory
The cake dedicated to the cakes launches two June flavors: Greeted Parmesan, Melt, Melted Milk Milk Cake, Melted in Filling and Creamy Cream Cheese with more guava. The other is made with milk mass with granulated tapioca and grated coconut, finished with condensed milk and coconut. Prices range from $ 35 (small) to $ 55 (large), available in all stores across the country.

La Casserole
The French restaurant turns 71 and serves, by the 5th, a five-step tim menu, such as the grilled lobster with sabayon to champagne, sautéed asparagus, potato musseline and radishes. It costs R $ 295.

Chef Pedro Pineda brings the first news to the menu of his new restaurant, in Bom Retiro. The raw tuna kebab (R $ 69) is served in a fish -shaped dishes, accompanied by natural fermentation bread and dry curd. The classic Caesar Salad (R $ 56) is made with pieces of fried chicken, pururuca crumbs and tofu sauce and mayonnaise. Another choice is the breaded pork, served on boiled rice and seasoned omelet with pork, chicken and ciboulette sauce (R $ 89).

The architecture and design event will have two gastronomic operations. The Caf & Cream serves menu with cafes, sweets and savory. The Provaria San Paolo brings dishes signed by chef André Mifano and drinks from Bar Guillotina. Among the requests, there is hamburger made in the pizza dough and roast in the wood oven (R $ 59).

Taste.sa – handmade flavor
The fair brings together about 50 exhibitors, including award -winning cheeses – as a craft pardon. The event divides space with the festivals of Barra de Dubai, Biscooff (cookie with spices such as cinnamon and ginger), Coxinha and Craft Beer. The public finds a menu with more than 100 types of sweets and salty. The pistachio stuffs, for example, churros, cannoli, cake, pastel and strawberry drumstick.
