The Thessaloniki Police Department holds the 49 -year -old Turk who was arrested in the morning in the Rodopi massif for a few days ago with the shooting against EYP executives at a gas station in the Thermi area in Thessaloniki.
The case file for the incident by the Northern Greece Organized Crime Officer was forwarded to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Thessaloniki and a criminal prosecution was brought.
Reportedly, the case file includes both the 49 -year -old allegedly shot and his two compatriots who were on the same vehicle (jeep type), with the first driver.
The prosecutor of the Court of First Instance has prosecuted the 49 -year -old for attempted homicide, co -conspiracy (to a degree of felony), as well as for illegal weapons and arson (misdemeanors). As for the other two who remain unmistakable and sought, the prosecution concerns the act of simple synergy in attempted homicide, co -conspiracy.
According to the same information, arrest warrants are expected to be issued by the 5th Regular Investigator of Thessaloniki, which handles the case is expected to be issued. The 49 -year -old is scheduled to take to the Thessaloniki courts on Monday to execute the warrant and will then be found before the investigator.
Was hiding in a parcel
It was preceded by the early hours of today’s identification and arrest in the village of Kato Bersini, in the mountainous Rhodope.
