At the Pediatric Clinic of Volos Hospital, a 11 -year -old baby girl from the Almyros area was transferred late yesterday afternoon, following an order given by the Volos Public Prosecutor’s Office.

According to TACHYDROMA exclusive information, the minor may have been a victim of sexual abuse by a family environment. The complaint was reportedly made to the Almyros Police Department and immediately sounded a “red alarm”.

At the same time, the Volos Public Prosecutor’s Office was informed, while at the same time being aware of the judicial authorities and the Volos Hospital, as provided by the relevant protocol for such incidents.

The primary concern of justice was for the little girl to be transferred immediately to a protected and safe environment, followed by the necessary examinations that would certify or not the justification of the complaint made.

According to the same well -informed sources of TACHYDROM today, the 11 -year -old is expected to be transferred to the Larissa Forensic Service, where the necessary examinations will take place to determine if sexual abuse has occurred and when.

The little girl was accompanied by the GNB Pediatric Clinic from his aunt, who remains by his side. A child psychologist was also immediately informed, as it was deemed necessary for the minor to support psychologically, in an attempt to overcome any nightmarish experience as possible as possible at such a tender age.

The clinical doctors and nurses last night “spread protection” around the child, while silent fish and any discretion around the whole issue were kept.
