For the first time, the Greek Police Criminal Laboratories will be checked by the mobile phones of one of the two women who have reported Petros Filippides for attempted rape.

The Court of Appeal has requested that the mobile phones be checked and the messages that according to the defense can prove the innocence of the accused. However, because the exact time for the mobile investigation cannot be clarified, as the court president said after contacting the criminal laboratories, the defendant’s lawyers called for a termination or even postponement of the trial.

“Criminal laboratories have pulled out the audio records where there is only music and not the recording that the complainant made with the accused being self -sufficient. Soon the messages will break and you will see that they may be consensual »said the lawyer of the accused Michalis Dimitrakopoulos.

AGRIGHT LAW: The question is whether they can recover the messages. We want to exhaust any technical ability but to have a well -founded hope … where the defense paid no importance to these mobiles suddenly became the top evidence.

The support of the charges has requested that the expert who has been involved in the mobile deal be brought to the court, a request that the prosecutor of the headquarters also consistent.
