Chef-confeiteira Veronica Kim, participant in the Masterchef Confectionery, has a June party with Asian delicacies at By Kim, her candy shop in Santa Cecilia. The event, this Sunday (15), from 10am to 4pm, also has a draw of surprise gifts and disco.
The idea of the confectioner is to bring elements of Asian culture to reread the classics of Arraial. Kim invited Ale Sotero, Mocotó confectioner, who also participated in Masterchef, to create the recipes of the thematic menu together.

These include Cashim-A (R $ 35), made with green corn ice cream, crispy cornft, matchá cone, canjica and caramelized popcorn. The Paçokim-A (R $ 35) combines sweet rice with citrus, white chocolate cruble, handcrafted paçoca ice cream and sesame arrival. House specialty, Cheesecake gains version with toasted corn syrup and caramelized popcorn (R $ 35).
There are also salted options such as Hot Dog on Croissant (R $ 39), with mashed potatoes, cheese, Kenip mayonnaise – a Korean aromatic sheet -, purple onion vinaigrette, house ketchup and grain mustard. Bao Loko (R $ 39) is stuffed with crazy meat and coriander pesto with ginger, accompanied by chili Oil. To drink, there are drinks.
