A preliminary investigation was ordered by the Thessaloniki Public Prosecutor’s Office for a 35 -year -old pharmacist, who was reported to have pharmaceutical preparations that did not bring a movie of authenticity (coupons) and the projected 12 -digit security code.
The 35 -year -old was arrested by police officers from the ELAS Financial Crimes Prosecution Department, while a search at her pharmacy in Thessaloniki found more than 400 drug packages, including some who did not have the drug and a movie. Reportedly, this is prohibited by law as the preparations must be received by the customer as soon as the recipe is performed.
The public prosecutor requested that the National Transparency Authority be submitted and the report of the National Transparency Authority to determine whether the offenses of fraud against EOPYY and insurance funds were committed, as well as violations of the law on drugs and harmful drugs. In view of the investigation, the 35 -year -old pharmacist was released.
She herself allegedly argued that she has acted in this way to serve customers.
