Anti -Semitic slogans and messages in favor of Palestine, against the war in Gaza, wrote unknown to the outside of the Jewish synagogue in Larissa on Friday morning.
Last Sunday, the inauguration of the renovated synagogue took place in Larissa, under draconian security measures and banning prohibitions by ELAS.
The attack took place a day after the vandalism of the monument of Jewish Witnesses of the Holocaust with red paint, causing reflection and concern.
Yesterday, KISE (Central Israeli Council of Greece) expressed his strong concern about the phenomena of anti -Semitism observed in Greece.
Indeed, as he said in a statement, the Holocaust Monument in Larissa, the monument of the old Jewish cemetery at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, were desecrated, and the anti -Jewish inscription was formed on the wall of the Jewish cemetery.
‘TFeatures are accompanied by extreme rhetoric that has led to acts of brutal violence, with attacks on tourists, deductions, vandalism and constant targeting of people, often attributed to them and the designation of “murderers”, exclusively because of their national or religious identity … disapprove of these phenomena and take all necessary measures to protect the lives of Greek citizens of Jewish religion as well as visitors to Jewish descent. ” He says KISE.
