The Supreme Court denounces Zoe Konstantopoulou for unacceptable behaviors and abuse her capacity in court classrooms, exerting pressure on the seats.

The Supreme Court’s announcement to the Plenary Coordinating Committee of the Presidents of the Bar Associations of Greece comes on the occasion of Ms. Constantopoulou’s behavior during the trial concerning the recognition or non -mitigators to the convicted “unmistakable”.

It is noted that the trial has recently been completed and the minutes have not yet been formalized and officially considered, but the incidents have become widely known through the media, which justifies its own intervention and investigation by the relevant bodies.

At the same time, he has been notified to the President of the Athens Bar Association, on behalf of the Protodiki Volos Eleni Beta, a report on a disciplinary investigation of the lawyer following complaints of “heavy and repeatedly offensive behavior” of the last judicial officers.

The announcement concludes by noting that disciplinary investigation into inappropriate behavior of judicial officers or lawyers is the sole responsibility of the relevant judicial bodies rather than collective bodies, such as the Association of Judges and Prosecutors.

The issue is expected to spark new reactions, as it is to comply with the rules of ethics within courts and the operation of justice in a critical and talked -about case.
