SP restaurants serve soups, fondues and other recipes for winter; See news

With the arrival of winter and the drop in temperature, restaurants in the state capital start the season of fondues, soups and other recipes designed for the cold season. At the same time, they serve recipes inspired by the June parties, which reach the final stretch. See the following gastronomic news.

Zinn Coffee

The always busy coffee shop launches a hotel line for the season, such as Vanilla Golden Milk ($ 22). It combines turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cayenne pepper, oat milk and vanilla. Alex Atala’s restaurant added June news to his grocery store. It has corn bread (R $ 20), Broa Caxambu (R $ 20), Caramelized Popcorn (R $ 18), Peanut Rapadura Cake (R $ 30) and Gold Chocolate Bar with toasted corn (R $ 60).

Dengo

For the first time, the chocolate brand created June flavors, for sale until July in all stores. Its milk chocolate breaker gets pieces of paçoca (R $ 38.90 each 100 g) and caramelized popcorn (R $ 79.90; 200 g).

GHEE BANKERIA

For winter, it offers recipes to finish at home. There are soups, such as pumpkin cream with ginger (R $ 150 one liter), which arrives with Italian bread. Swiss cheese fondue (R $ 450 for two) comes with Italian bread, grissini, minimum baked potatoes, grilled mushroom, broccoli and grilled fillet cubes.

Chef Rodrigo Oliveira presents a special menu of June inspiration. Its classic tapioca Dadinho gets version with Parmesan fonduta and bittersweet sauce (R $ 32,90). Other creations include hot hole with boiled ram and garlic cream in the house baguette (R $ 39,90) and sweet rice with milk ice cream, caramel toffee and paçoca. To drink, the mulled of the backlands (R $ 24,90) takes cachaça, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, orange and cashew.

A black dish with five breaded and fried dumplings, covered with a shiny sauce decorated with chopped chives. The dumplings are arranged on a light creamy sauce, with a touch of dark sauce around.

Pari

During winter, it offers dinner fondue. For two people (R $ 428), it is made with gruyère cheese, maasdam, white wine and liquor Kirsch and comes with a basket of bread, potatoes and broccoli. You can include a portion of fillet-mignon for another $ 158. A sweet version costs $ 255 and comes with strawberries, grapes, and bananas. The options are also available at Nonno Ruggero, a restaurant inside the Fasano restaurant.

Piselli

Syrian chef Bassem Kousa prepares fondues with ingredients from her homeland. Salgado (R $ 129.99) takes kafta, falafel, chicken, spotted potatoes and coriander, carrots and broccoli, more curd sauces and red lentils. The candy (R $ 89.99) includes items such as chocolate flavored with rose water and brigadeiro of tâmara and walnuts.

Zulcare

The confectionery was inspired by ingredients from the station and June parties to create a line with macarons and hand -painted candies. Macaron gets fillings such as pumpkin ganache and dulce de leche and cappuccino (R $ 9 each), and the candy can be white chocolate with corn ganache and cinnamon cookie (R $ 7.50).
