On Saturday, July 5th, Athens will be available for the first time in 24 -hour operation. OASA implements a 24 -hour metro test action (Lines 2 and 3), tram (T6 Lines) as well as selected bus lines, covering neuralgic points of the Attica Basin.
“This initiative reinforces the overall experience of travel in the city, offering a safe and reliable audience at all times of the day. It is, moreover, an important step towards upgrading urban transport services and the enhancement of Athens extroversion. “
The pilot implementation of the measure, according to the same announcement, will be evaluated at a next stage, based on functional and quality data.
This effort characterizes the contribution of workers who, with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, support the implementation of the test 24 -hour urban transport, responding to the increased operational requirements of the day.
