The Joint Circuit Court is led to the case of the accident at the Luna – Park in Pefkohori, Halkidiki, where, last August, a 19 -year -old lost his life.

The mechanical engineer is accused of simple complicity in homicide with a possible deliberate, accomplished and attempted attempt.
Council judges They did not accept the Prosecutor’s proposal to convert the basic category into a deadly report (for the first three) and synergy in it (for the engineer).
With the same parliament dso much the temporary reservation for the owner of Luna Park (the prosecutor had proposed his release on restrictive terms and a guarantee of € 10,000) as much as and the restrictive terms with whom the other three defendants had released.
