Traffic arrangements for the anniversary of the Polytechnic Skai.gr

ELAS proceeded with traffic regulations from Monday, November 15, which will be valid until Thursday, November 18, due to the anniversary of the Polytechnic.

In particular, these regulations, according to the relevant announcement of ELAS, are the following:

Prohibition of stopping and parking, as well as interruption of the traffic of vehicles, which will take place gradually and depending on the presented traffic conditions, from 06:00 on Monday 15 November to 06:00 on Thursday 18 November, as follows:

-Stournari, in the section between Pl. Exarcheion and GD Septemvriou Street.

-October 28 (Patision), in the section between Kodrigtonos and El. Venizelou (University) in both (2) traffic streams, as well as in its perpendiculars up to the first parallel road.

-Tositsa pedestrian street.

– Pedestrian street of Polytechnic.

-Bouboulinas, in the section between Stournari Street and Alexandra Avenue.

-George, in the section between Stournari and Kapodistriou streets.

-Botasi, in the section between Stournari and Kapodistriou streets.

-Kaningos, in the section between Stournari and Halkokondyli streets.

-Solomou, in the section between GD Septemvriou Street and Pl. Exarcheion.

-Kapodistriou, in the section between Botasis and DG Septemvriou streets.

-Exarcheion Square.

-Chalcocondyli, in the section between GD Septemvriou Street and Pl. Kanigos.

-Averoff, in the section between 28th of October – Patision and Marni streets.

Veranzerou, in the section between Kaningos and Marnis streets.

-Sp. Trikoupi, in the section between Alexandra Avenue and Pl. Exarcheion.

-Solonos, in the section between Ippokratous and Patousa streets.

Prohibition of stopping and parking of vehicles on Wednesday, November 17, from 06:00, as well as cessation of their traffic from 12:00 until the end of the events:

-El. Venizelou (University), along its entire length and perpendicular to the first parallel street.

-Omonoia Square.

– Not at all, in the section between El. Venizelou (University) and Stadiou.

-Stadium, along its entire length and perpendicular to the first parallel road.

-Syntagma Square.

-Î’. Georgiou AD, along its entire length.

-Λ. Vas. Sofias, along its entire length in both (2) traffic streams, as well as in its perpendiculars up to the first parallel road.

-Academy, along its entire length, as well as in its perpendiculars up to the first parallel road.

-Λ. Alexandras, along its entire length in both (2) traffic streams, as well as in its perpendiculars up to the first parallel road.

-Gelonos, in the section between Dorylaiou and P. Kokkali streets.

-PI. Kokkali, in the section between Gelonos Street and Vas. Sofias Avenue.

-Dorylaiou, in the section between P. Kyriakou Street and Vas. Sofias Avenue.

-Λ. Vas. Amalias, along its entire length, as well as in its perpendiculars up to the first parallel road.

-Fillens, along its entire length, as well as in its perpendiculars up to the first parallel road.

-Λ. Syggrou, in the section between Ath. Diakou Street and Vas. Amalia Avenue.

-PI. Tsaldari (Piraeus), in the section between Iera Odos and Pl. Omonia.

-Athens, along its entire length.

Ermou, in the section between Athinas and P. Tsaldari streets (Piraeus).

-Felt, along its entire length.

-Soutsou, in the section between Pl. Mavili and Tsocha Street.

-Sakharov, in the section between Alexandra and Vas. Sofias Avenues.

-Λ. Kifissias, in the section between Katehaki and Alexandra Avenues, in the flow of traffic to Athens.

-Λ. Mesogeion, in the section between L. Katehaki and Feidippidou Street, in the flow of traffic to Athens.

-Feidippidou, in the section between Mesogeion Avenue and Vas. Sofias.

-Michalakopoulou, in the section between Feidippidou and Sp. Merkouri streets and in the two (2) traffic streams.

-Λ. Vas. Konstantinos, along its entire length, in the traffic flow to Kifissia.

-Ardittou, along its entire length, in the traffic flow towards Vas. Konstantinos Avenue.

-Vas. Alexandrou, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

-Ventiri, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

-Hatzigianni, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

-Χ. Measure in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

Eridanou, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

-Papadiamantopoulou, in the section between Michalakopoulou Street and Vas. Sofias Avenue.

-Aginitou, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Papadiamantopoulou Street.

-Lourou, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

-Lampsakou, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

-Semitelou in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

-Kerasountos, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

-Kartali, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Evrou Street.

-Lykonia, in the section between Vas. Sofias Avenue and Evrou Street.

-Ang. Pyrri, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Evrou Street.

-Xenias, in the section between Vas. Sofia Avenue and Michalakopoulou Street.

The above traffic regulations will be made gradually and depending on the presented conditions.

Also, according to a decision of “Road Transport SA”, modifications will be made to the itineraries and stops of the means of transport (Buses – Trolleys).

Finally, the Attica Traffic Directorate has planned and will take measures to facilitate traffic in the wider area of ​​downtown Athens.
