Was solved by ELAS or armed attack against one Turkish and of one out -of -service police officer noted at noon of July 13 in a cafeteria in Cologne.

As announced by ELAS, for the case so far they have identified 2 menaged 22 and 34 years, while in the case file formed for – as a case -by -case – attempt, synergy and perpetuation of an attempted serial homicide using a firearm, another person is included.

In terms of the case of the case, an unknown perpetrator stormed into a cafeteria in Cologne and shot with pistol At the expense of the Turkish nationality, while then trying to cover his attempt to cover, he was in a fire and a police officer, out of service, who was in the store.

The result of the attack was the injury to both victims on the legs.

From the police investigation and the proper utilization of information collected, the 22 -year -old and his 34 -year -oldwhich is enclosed in the country’s prisons, as a natural and moral perpetrator, respectively.

In this context, at noon on Thursday (17/7), the 22 -year -old was identified leaving a block of flats where he resides in downtown Athens and then arrested, as a search conducted at his home found and confiscated:

  • Firearm with a magazine with 15 cartridges,
  • 30 cartridges and magazines,
  • mobile phone, 4 mobile connection packages, a SIM card and
  • Paper Sheet with GPS Tracker Operation Instructions.

As noted by ELAS by the ballistic examination conducted by the Department of Firearms and Tools Laboratory of the Criminal Investigations, it was found that 4 caps and the tide seized in the context of autopsy at the shop committing the armed attack, were triggered by the seized firearm.

The detainee was taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
