Reforming measure was imposed on the 15 -year -old who is accused of having two unknown people robbed a 52 -year -old man who was beaten and forced to … dance in an area of Ampelokipi – Menemeni.
The minor was called upon to apologize to the relevant Thessaloniki investigator for four acts, in particular for robbery and illegal violence (both jointly), a violation of personal data (because they filmed beating) and a gun (knife).
He had been arrested after a 52 -year -old complaint, while his two accomplices remain invisible and the authorities’ investigations of their identification continue.
As it became known, the 15 -year -old denied all the charges that were burdened, giving his own version of his involvement in the episode. More specifically, he allegedly apologized that he did not do any action to get money from the complainant, nor brought a knife on him, and in terms of beating he said he had no involvement in him, on the contrary, he attempted to prevent his accomplices. The same negative attitude also held in the category associated with the video recording of the incident.
Reports say the minor accepted that they had created a fake “local acquaintance” account on Facebook, through which they accepted a 52 -year -old friend’s request, while making an appointment with him to meet a young woman.
An investigator and prosecutor unanimously decided to delegate his custody and surveillance to the curators of minors of the Thessaloniki Court of First Instance, a reforming measure that will apply until the trial is held in the competent Juvenile Court.
