In addition to the selection, the project highlights winners elected by the specialized jury and the opinion of the city’s residents through a Datafolha survey, which outlines the list of the best addresses of São Paulo according to Paulistano.

Aska
Founded 25 years ago, the house owns one of the most traditional and cheap Ramens in the capital. There are three main types, all accompanied by seaweed, boiled egg, chashu (pork), chives, naruto (fish pasta) and menma (bamboo sprout).
