In prison, the 28 -year -old perpetrator of the wild murder of a 47 -year -old woman is taken after his apology, outside her home in the Chalandrion the morning of Monday, August 18th.
The 28 -year -old is facing the category of intentional homicide in a calm mental state, as well as for illegal weapons and arson.
At noon the defendant was brought before the investigator to apologize for the death knife attack on the woman’s weight.
According to reports, the 28 -year -old before the investigator accepted his act, however, refusing that he had a fraud and that he had committed the homicide in a calm mental state, as he was given. On the contrary, he argues that he was boiling due to negative comments made by the victim at his expense.
“I refuse to kill a calm mental state. I was in amok and I didn’t know what I was doing. Immediately afterwards I regretted it, but it was late. I was scared, so I had the knives with me. With the woman I wanted to talk about it I was waiting for her outside her house,” she claims.
His defense cites the 28 -year -old mental health issues referring to “special psychopathology”. As the 28 -year -old’s lawyer, Aristomenis Balaskas, said, applied for experts to decide on the mental state of the accused.
Upon completion of the apologetic proceedings, an investigator and prosecutor was temporarily held the accused.
The 47 -year -old woman received multiple fierce knives from the perpetrator, with whom they had met in church food.
