Frape … Bougatsa had the opportunity to try the visitors of the 89th TIF, who spent Sunday afternoon from the Thessaloniki municipality booth, in front of the OTE Tower. Experienced baristas of the city shared the secrets of coffee and showed how a simple frappe can turn into something completely different, combining two of Thessaloniki’s most “classic” flavors in a glass!

It is one of the most popular refreshing drinks in Greece, which tourists are looking for during their holidays. However, as the experienced baristas pointed out, the magic hides in variations.
