(Reuters) -The main European scholarships advance at the start of the session on Monday, while French Prime Minister François Bayrou is preparing to engage the responsibility of his government on the issue of debt during a vote of trust in the National Assembly.

In Paris, the CAC 40 earns 0.46% at 7,710.46 points around 07:03 GMT. In Frankfurt, the Dax advances 0.71% and in London, the FTSE 100 rises by 0.17%.

The Eurostoxx 50 index is up 0.55%, the FTSEURofirst 300 advances by 0.40%and the Stoxx 600 takes 0.41%.

This Monday, the markets focus their attention on the political situation in France, the parliamentary crisis that is played out in Paris not having started the appetite of investors.

The Prime Minister, François Bayrou, plays his all in a high-risk vote in the National Assembly, the opposition forces being able to drive out his government in place since January.

The parliamentary opposition, from the National Rally (RN) to the Socialist Party (PS) via La France Insoumise (LFI) and the environmentalists, have already announced their intention not to trust it.

If François Bayrou does not obtain an absolute majority during the vote in the assembly, he will have to hand over the resignation of his government to the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, who will have to accept it or not and designate a successor if necessary.

On the economic data front, German exports dropped unexpectedly in July compared to the previous month and fell by -0.6%, according to data from the Federal Statistics Office.

In values, in London, Phoenix Group abandoned 3.28% after its results.
