The “FUTURE” Powered by PPC, the first broadcast on Greek television, dedicated to the inclusion and self -esteem of handicapped people, comes on Saturday September 20th at 13.00, with a new episode. Invited is Panos Katsis.
Panos Katsis uses his sign language as his main expressive tool, combining it with explosive humor and satirical look. He goes up on stage, plays, self -embarrassing, laughing and at the same time breaking stereotypes for deaf artists. At the same time, it trains the next generation of interpreters, actively contributing to the dissemination and recognition of Greek sign language.
Georgia Kaltsis and George Kapoutzidis meet him to talk about his course, the importance of accessibility to art and how humor does not come into boxes. They also talk about Panos Katsis:
- Evanthia Plahura, actress & performer, EOAK employee (Hellenic Deaf Sports Federation).
- Athanasia Brousali, Nursery, Trained Interpreter.
- George Makris, PPC Customer Communication Manager.
- Sofia Ignatidou, SNFCC Accessibility Officer.
The episodes of the “FUTURE” broadcast Powered by PPC are available at skai.gr/tv and SKAI Hybrid. Furthermore, through the website and hybrid television, accessibility services are provided for everyone: with special subtitles (CC), sign and acoustic description (AD).
