After his apology to the Thessaloniki investigator, the 54 -year -old Bulgarian driver of the Dalika was found to be accused of fatal car accident with a 29 -year -old motorcyclist on Wednesday morning on the agricultural avenue.
On the contrary, his three co -defendants, who, according to the traffic, guided the driver of Dalika to the maneuver he made to enter the central avenue located in eastern Thessaloniki, were released on restrictive terms.
In the case, the prosecutor had filed a criminal prosecution for dangerous driving and dangerous interventions on road transport (by co -conspiracy), acts that have resulted in death. Apologists, all four defendants, denied the acts, stressing that Dalika was legally moved and did not violate the red traffic light before entering the agricultural avenue he attempted to cross vertically.
“During my passage the lantern had a green indication. I was heading across the opposite point to get rid of merchandise. I didn’t see the scooter before falling to the left side of the truck, “the 54 -year -old driver allegedly apologized, stressing that he had just seen the unfortunate 29 -year -old on the asphalt, he got off his vehicle to offer him first aid.
“We are not responsible for the accident. Dalika began the march with a green traffic light, “said his three co -defendants – two Greeks and one Albanian (65, 53 and 34 years old) – for whom it was decided to release, where appropriate, on the restrictive terms of the ban on leaving the country and the country.
