Prophet Jonah

The Prophet Jonah lived on the kings of Amassiou and Hierovoam. He was the son of Amathi and had the homeland of the Gemeter of the Zavoulon tribe. It was Jonas who, with Divine Newsmen, encouraged Hieravoam in a war against the lord of Syria, who resulted in a victory of Israel and restoring his borders. Jonas is carried in the Old Testament, fifth among the small so -called prophets. We find it for him in the homonymous book, which was mainly known for his sacred drama. The Lord had ordered him to go to Nineveh, the seat of dinner orgasm to preach and prophesy its destruction.

Jonas, however, decided to forget the order of God, and judged good to go to another city in Tarses. So he started his journey by boat, but he got a great struggle in the open. Then they threw a lot to see who is in charge of the evil they found. And the clergyman fell to Jonah, who had obtained the order of God. Then he was thrown into the sea and the trick stopped. But Ionas also swallowed him a large garden without eating him and then three days and nights he pulled him off the land and harmless. At that time, Jonah went to Nineveh, prophesied that God told him and the Nineveites passed away, fasted 40 days, and so their city was saved by the disaster. Because repentance bears the goodness of God, above his righteousness. Jonas died on Earth Saraar, near the oak of Devora and was buried in a cave.
