This significant increase is attributed, according to Opipkas, to long -term efforts to limit mortality from anthropogenic causes, to ensure eating and eating and management.

Enhance infrastructure and protection actions

Particular importance was given to addressing the consequences of the fire, with the placement of 15 artificial nests in the Dadia National Park. These nests replace the destroyed nesting positions, as well as those that will be gradually lost due to the collapse of burnt trees. In addition, under the program Life Rhodope Vulture Another twenty artificial nest is expected to be installed, further enhancing the maintenance of Mavroppa in the area. For more efficient monitoring of the species, bird trapping is planned in the near future – including young people born this year – with the aim of installing transmitters.
