In the context of actions of the above Service for the arrest of drug traffickers and after investigating information concerning the effect of the above on the trafficking of cocaine and raw cannabis in wider area of ​​Atticathe accused were identified and their criminal activity was certified.
In particular, the 48-year-old foreigner and the native were arrested for holding on behalf of the others, within public transport vehicle (taxi) five improvised nylon packages containing cocaine by weight 5,870 grams for the purpose of further trafficking.
The quantity of cocaine was obtained by their 36-year-old co-accused, who was also arrested for owning a house in Athens. raw hemp weighing -900- grams, cocaine weighing -85- grams. and a pistol.
A search of the 48-year-old’s home turned up four improvised packages containing cocaine weighing -2,275 grams, for the purpose of further trafficking and on behalf of the others.
In a search carried out in another house in Vouliagmeni, the 46-year-old was found to be in possession four improvised nylon packages, containing cocaine weighing -2.168- g. and three packages containing cocaine in liquid form weighing -62- g. It was also found in his possession and confiscated pistol with -7- cartridges.
