(THA)as well as member of the Audit Committeeafter the departure of Panagiotis Stampoulidis. The Organization will proceed with the prescribed procedures to establish the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, which are a condition for the direct appointment of Aphrodite Nestor to the Board of Directors.

According to information, the departure of Mr. Stamboulidis from the Board of Directors of THA is included in the context of the readjustment of his responsibilities after assuming his new duties as Deputy CEO of the Superfund (EESYP). Despite the fact that there have been quite a few changes in the Thessaloniki Port Organization in recent times, the departure of Mr. Stamboulidis does not seem to be related to any negative climate in port her Thessaloniki.

It is recalled that when Mr. Stamboulidis had assumed the position of the non-executive member of THA, he was its head Unit of Contracts of Strategic Importance her EESYPwhile now, as deputy CEO, he oversees an expanded and demanding portfolio.

The rich portfolio now managed by Mr. Stamboulidis has tripled, as it includes a number of subsidiaries and strategic investments, a fact which – as reported by Superfund circles – requires full dedication and an increased degree of operational responsibility. Thus, his release from the position of non-executive member of THA was deemed necessary, in order to be able to focus on his duties

At the same time, in the Thessaloniki Port Organization the major investments that have been launched – with the 6th pier expansion project at the top – they continue to evolve according to schedule, further strengthening the port’s role as a strategic hub for Northern Greece and SE Europe.

The decision was announced by Hellenic Holdings and Property Company by her letter on October 27, 2025, in the context of the procedures provided for by the statutes of THPA and the legislation on joint-stock companies (art. 7§§6,7 of the statutes of THPA S.A., no. 79 Law 4548/2018).
