Asked if there is a case for an exhumation, he said that “exhumation is the last resort we use as medical examiners when we have a lack of other findings. Here, although there were failures in the first child, a very thorough histological examination has been done by a very experienced scientist and the toxicological ones were done by an experienced laboratory. We have very satisfactory findings. ”

In any case, he pointed out, we will have safe conclusions for both children.

Regarding the death of Georgina, Mr. Leon stressed that he was a child who was tortured a lot with multiple episodes as it results from her entire clinical course.
