THE Babis Anagnostopoulos accepts his act, that he killed his wife Carolineand he has regrets, said his lawyer Alexandros Papaioannidis speaking in SKAI.
As he said, “as lawyers we have to highlight the facts” and the judge will decide if it arises a boiling crime of mental momentum.
He also noted that with the passage of time came the realization of the act.
Explaining what it means that the crime was committed in a panic, Mr. Papaioannidis said that the events of that day or the previous one count. The purpose of the principal is to show that he had not planned it and that he had no motive.
