Upon completion of the testimony of the young man, of Egyptian origin, the defendant’s side filed a lawsuit for offense of false depositionan action he had also taken against the first witness after he testified in court for the rape he allegedly suffered.
Earlier o prosecutor asked to the request is rejected filed by the director-actor’s side during the previous hearing for surrender in court mobile of the alleged victim in order to identify his communications from the beginning of the trial onwards. The prosecutor stressed that the accused in the case is Dimitris Lignadis for serial rape and there is no question of an investigation against the witness.
The court reserved the right to issue its decision.
