Alexandros Papaioannidis noted that the attitude and line of Babis Anagnostopoulos did not change in terms of defense. He said how during yesterday’s long trial he tried to highlight the events of that day to show his psychological state.
“A crime committed in the heat of the moment can have different criminal treatment,” the lawyer explained.
Asked about reports of Caroline’s aggressive behavior stressed that she writes it in her diary, but Babis Anagnostopoulos did not show it.
Regarding the psychological condition of the pilot, Mr. Papaioannidis said that he is completely remorseful: “He says every day that he has regretted and tries in every way to save what is possible from this condition.”
