The musician, who had previously collaborated with a popular band, is taken to prison, after his apology to the 14th Regular Investigator for indecent acts against four underage girls, aged 5 to 13, in the period 2007 to 2015.
The 69-year-old drummer, who has already been sentenced in the first instance to 12 years in prison, with suspension, for seducing a 6-year-old girl, apologized today for the criminal charges related to sexual acts with minors under the age of 12 and minors who had complement and abuse of minors. The accusation of child abuse is attributed as the victims were under his supervision in a campsite in the prefecture of Ilia where they were trusted by their parents, friendly families, to watch over them. In one of the two accommodations, the accused had been evicted when the owner of the facility was informed of the musician’s actions against the children.
The musician is to be tried by the MOE for the case of the 6-year-old, for indecent acts during the period from 2011 to May 2013. His trial in the second instance was supposed to start yesterday but was interrupted due to the obstruction of his defense lawyer.
