Are we ready for delicious recipes and little secrets that make cooking a pleasure? If so, Argyro Barbarigou has the solution. Every day he prepares dishes with colors that fill the eye, dishes with aromas to musk the whole house and dishes with taste to satisfy even the most demanding palate.

This week he welcomes Grigoris Gountaras and Elias Gotsis and travels us to the magical world of cuisine.

From Monday 1st to Friday 5th November at 13.15 is “Time to eat”, in SKAI.

Monday, November 1 – Nutrition & Wellness
The week starts with dishes for nutrition and wellness. We start with a lenten spinach pie, delicious and luscious for all hours. Then, Argyro welcomes the trainer Elias Gotsi and they talk about the need to exercise, cooking together, leek root with crust in the oven. In the end, he makes a dessert in the glass, the chestnuts, which have roots, in the family memories of Argyros. An easy but filling and nutritious dessert, without sugar and with a velvety texture.

Tuesday, November 2 – Your Food
Tuesday has delicious leek meatballs and a “mind-blowing” chocolate bougainvillea with crispy puff pastry and fluffy cream. The episode closes with an easy and quick proposal for the office taper that the viewers asked for through social media: rice salad with chicken.

Wednesday, November 3 – Time for Company
Today, Grigoris Gountaras comes to the kitchen of Argyros. The two friends will remember good old days and will cook the most beautiful cod schnitzel with couscous salad. A dish with a little preparation time, ideal for the whole family. Then continue cooking and prepare delicious pasta with blue cheese and leeks, a powerful and impressive dish.

Thursday, November 4 – Sweet Time
Today is Sweet Time. And we start with easy, fluffy, carrot cake with chocolate icing and turn an everyday cake into a perfect dessert. We continue with delicious cookies with caramel and chocolate with three delicious layers and close with the most original, stuffed, Arabic baked pies, a savory proposal for delicious food, at the moment.

Friday 5 November – Menu Time
The weekend has an oriental menu. Argyro starts with babaganoush – the most famous eggplant salad in the world with an oriental aroma, continues with yogurt cream – a dish flavored by the City, and at the end, a wonderful kiunefe, which melts in your mouth.
