The prime minister has not opened his papers on whether he intends to proceed with a cabinet reshuffle. In the previous three years, he had avoided making structural changes, so now nobody can rule anything out.

The political risk taken by the prime minister to burn them early election scenarios it requires one thing: Speeding up government work. Maximos had recently given the impression that it is in the last turn before the polls with the ministers having their attention mainly in its regions. At the moment, in fact, when accuracy is galloping and the energy crisis threatens all of Europe. Kyriakos Mitsotakis decided to change this image with the interview he gave to SKAI. Priority is given to the legislative work on which the majority will focus in the next period. Within the week, the changes will be voted on in the universities, where the presence of Alexis Tsipras in the Parliament is expected to raise the thermometer.
Other bills are already in the works. Between them:
– The provision to give ownership to encroached properties with the payment of a consideration that will be equal to their objective value.
– Creation of a register in which daily, weekly and regional newspapers and websites will be registered under certain conditions. Otherwise they will not receive government advertising.
– Upgrading the EL.AS officer school. in university.
– Creating a framework for the development of 2 GW offshore wind farms by 2030.
And since the elections – barring unexpected developments – are eight months away, portfolio holders know very well that the restructuring is one of the “papers” that the prime minister has in his drawers. Whoever wants to remain in his ministry should focus on the legislative work and not “burn out in the warm-up” by doing a pre-election period. There is nothing worse, after all, than a minister who loses the position of responsibility he holds just before an election is called. Ministers were also asked to make their submissions on the 2023 targets as September’s TEF approaches.
The prime minister has not opened his papers on whether he intends to proceed with a cabinet reshuffle. In the previous three years, he had avoided making structural changes, so now nobody can rule anything out. In relation to the new rumors circulating about change of the electoral law the government spokesman in briefing the political editors referred to the prime minister’s old statements which had rejected this possibility. Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ tours throughout Greece and the inauguration of new works will continue through the summer.

SYRIZA
In Koumoundourou they move as if nothing has changed. Ballots are being prepared and the plan includes being at least 80% ready by the end of July. Rania Svigou, Michalis Kalogirou and George Vassiliadis they are constantly seeing candidates and studying resumes. Dimitris Tzanakopoulos has stepped up his pace to prepare the party’s program in view of TIF and Nikos Bistis, as head, with Nikos Pappas, Euklidis Tsakalotos and Yiannis Ragousis are running the political planning. The change of the poll image in a short period of time is “out of nowhere”. In Koumoundourou they are smiling from the qualitative data, which show dissatisfaction with the economic policy followed by Maximou. Tonight at a special event in the central square of Peristeri, Alexis Tsipras will welcome the new members of the party. Eleni Tsaligopoulou, Yiannis Papageorgiou and Kostas Kaldaras will participate in the concert that will follow.
PASOK
The political scene is expected to be strongly polarized in the coming period and this permanently makes life difficult for the “small” parties. PASOK has proven itself since the election of Nikos Androulakis particularly durable and has managed to stay close to the 14% zone. Recently, however, the pressures are increasing and there are opinion polls that put it at 12%-13%. The challenge for Harilaou Trikoupis is to withstand the many months of pressure that she will receive from both ND and SYRIZA.
Under Vangelis Argyris the compilation of ballots continues. The president of the movement wants to have the complete lists in their hands in the next 2-3 weeks so that all the executives can be given the signal to officially run in their constituencies. The program continues to be updated by Nikos Christodoulakis.

E.». In the KKE they believe that the composition of the next government will express a broader consensus of the bourgeois political forces on the basis of their agreement on strategic choices. The Central Committee discussed preparation issues for the parliamentary elections, calling on the members and friends of the party and the KNE to be in combat positions in view of a possible announcement of elections in the near future.
